Collection of general information when visiting our website

By providing the contact form, we would like to make it easy for you to contact us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for possible follow-up questions.
If you contact us to request a quote, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Recipients of the data may be processors.
Storage duration:
The above-mentioned data will be deleted if there is no need for further storage. A requirement may exist in particular if the data is still needed to fulfill contractual services.
The personal data sent by e-mail or contact form will be deleted when the respective conversation with the user has ended. Ended means when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
If there is a contractual relationship, we are subject to the statutory retention periods in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and delete your data after these statutory retention periods have expired.
Provision prescribed or required:
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, e-mail address and the reason for the request.
Use of Google Maps
Nature and purpose of the processing:
We use the Google Maps service on this website. Google Maps is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter “Google”). This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Recipient:
When you visit the website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account.
If you do not wish to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out of Google before activating the button.
